We were having an issue with our hot water heater later on Saturday night. I was able to get in touch with Vince who patiently spent 20 minutes on the phone with me getting the issue worked out and resolved. I was very impressed with the genuine willingness to help!

My AC unit was not cooling during this most recent heat wave. I called 4 places on a Friday morning and Vince was the first to respond. He was able to get to my house within 1.5 hours. Not only did he identify and fix the problem but also gave me knowledge on how the hvac works and tips for optimizing function. Summer heat is my worst enemy so I’m grateful Go Green was prompt and professional!
